Description:

The semi automatic volumetric liquid filling machine is mechanical machine works on volumetric principle and is fitted with two syringes on the sides. The desired volume can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the eccentricity. This multifunction multi featured machine meets the custom requirements of filling of liquid material in glass, plastic and aluminum bottles. 

Operation:

Bottles have to place manually below the filling nozzles at tray of machine. Where motor operated syringes fill desire preset volume in bottle, bottle guides are provide for precisely match for centering of bottle below nozzle to avoid spillage of liquid on bottle.
The dosing block is fitted below syringes. By that fill size can be easily set.

Once the set volume of liquid has been dispensed, the nozzle shuts off immediately in positive way and ensures zero dripping.
